The Written with Love Project

Organizational Meeting on 2/23

Hello Parents,

I would like to offer this program, the Written with Love Project, as a resource to you all, as a way to connect deeper with your youth and find ways to learn together how to express yourself and themselves.

Shannon Marie Berry will be the liaison for this program. If you have any questions please let me know and I can get you in contact with her. Here is a note from Shannon Marie about the project:

In a constantly changing world, one thing is certain, parenting is hard. Through the Christian Parenting & Caregiving grant, the Written with Love Project is devoted to bring together families with elementary, middle-school, and youth aged students focusing on three areas:

• Developing Spiritual Disciplines for the Home

• Exploring Adverse Childhood Experiences and Building Resiliency Strategies

• Learning Storytelling Techniques.

This project will help students articulate and live their “Why” in becoming disciples. We will start the first cohort the last Sunday in February (February 23) with a meeting at St. James from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
