Leased Student Parking
St. James United Methodist Church is introducing Leased Student Parking for 2025-2026 school year! Our parking area provides a secure, reliable solution only minutes from campus.
Our paved parking lot features dedicated, numbered spaces reserved exclusively for lessees. The lot is well-lit for safe access day or night and is within a 5-minute walk to campus. For added convenience, our lot is adjacent to the ECU bus line near Wilkerson Dining Hall — making your daily commute even easier.
Best of all, students leasing a space at St. James do not need to move their vehicles on ECU game days, providing stress-free parking throughout the academic year.

Parking during the summer months ONLY. This would be the months where ECU is on Summer Break.
