XYZ Lunch and Learn

Lunch Together then Learn from Cas Costa of ECU Health & Wellness

A wellness expert will speak at the next XYZ event, a "Lunch and Learn" on Friday, September 20, at noon in the Fellowship Hall.

Cas Costa an exercise physiologist with ECU Health will lead a demonstration of exercises that can be done at home. She will speak about wellness, keeping your core strengthened, and your balance strong.
