New Studies Now Online (& Some Old Standbys, too!)

To keep us connected and growing in faith, several new studies will be available online, beginning April 1.
Reverend Mark Woods will offer a new six-week class on the Book of James that will meet online.  Classes will meet on the Zoom app  at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, from April 1 through May 6.  Click here to register.  Mark will email participants with information about how to connect online.

Raychl Smith and Reverend Ben Alexander will co-facilitate a weekly video discussion of Flannery O’Connor’s The Complete Stories (link below) on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m.  Click here to Register

We will meet to get organized on Wednesday, April 1.  There is no advanced reading needed for this initial meeting.

Participants should go ahead and order the book:

Reverend Ben Alexander is also offering a series called Bingeing the Bible.  Ben discovered through a recent informal poll that folks would rather binge on the Bible than on Netflix.  So, Ben has begun a weekly Bible Study called “Bingeing the Bible.”  In the first session, Ben will equip folks with questions and things to look for in a book of the Bible.  Then, the next week in a follow-up session, Ben will speak about that book via video. At the end of the discussion, Ben will introduce the next book.  There will be three different sessions of “Bingeing the Bible”:

Wednesdays at 10 a.m.

Thursdays at 12 p.m.

Thursdays at 8 p.m.
