Congregational Care

[Jesus said,] “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:34-35).

The Body of Christ is called to love the world–to reach out beyond our own walls to serve others–AND to love one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. Jesus told us to care for one another and that that is how the world would know we are his disciples. That’s what Congregational Care is all about.
