Checking In & Out

At St. James KiDS, we use Lambs List, an on-line check-in system. Our check-in area is located in the main building, between the Fellowship Hall and the Narthex, and is operated by volunteers. Volunteer staff will enter your name for you. A label for your child an one for you will print out. Both labels will have a matching number. There are LED displays in both the Sanctuary and the CLMC. Your number will display if you are needed in the St. James KiDS area.

Children in the nursery are checked-out at the check-in area. All other children are brought to you in the Good-bye hallway located at the breezeway between the education and CLMC buildings.

Nursery Care

St. James UMC invites children from birth through age four into a caring, safe and healthy environment. Your child's welfare and spiritual growth is of our utmost concern and we pledge, as your Christian family, to care for your child to the best of our abilities.

Nursery care for infants under 2 years of age is provided by Nursery Staff during all worship services and Living Water (Sunday School) classes in the Nursery Room.

Care of preschoolers, ages 2 to 4, is provided by Nursery Staff during the 11:00am and 11:11am services in Room 22.

Child care can be arranged for church programs held during the weeks as needed. Arrangements must be made in advance by contacting Gena Dunn at vlsd75@yahoo.com.
